1. How long have you been in business? How are you an expert?

Mpression was launched in 2009 by Michelle Stanish a well-known speaker with the Farmington Chamber of Commerce and author of the book, “Social Media Calendar: Generating Conversation Online.” Since 2004, Michelle has worked in business markets with a commitment to testing every marketing tactic out there to determine its value.


 

2. How are you different from other marketing companies?

Mpression Marketing Group’s focus is not to sell products such as a website or printing, but to offer packages that will benefit companies long-term. The goal is to provide tools that market to new and existing clients on a year-round basis. Clients who work with us receive marketing support that will strengthen their brand, attract new prospects and increase their customer retention.


 

3. Who are your clients?

4. What type of client do you work best with, and what is expected from me?

Our clients understand the importance of marketing year-round to build customer loyalty, but lack the know-how or the resources to accomplish this critical goal. We ask you to do two things. First is to schedule an initial meet and greet at your place of business. This gives you the opportunity to teach us the business, ask any questions and provide us with any marketing material you currently have in place. Upon startup we regularly exchange email. We may ask you questions, comments or ask you to review marketing material we have developed. We ask that you check email at least once a week to be sure everyone is on the same page.


 

5. What are your programs? What do they include?

Mpression Marketing Group currently has four packaged programs in place – branding packages, monthly maintenance packages, consulting packages, and marketing subscription packages. 6. Do you have price sheets?

You can view our full list of packages here. We also have a list of products listed as a ‘la carte services.  Please click here to request a price sheet. You will be asked to enter some brief information about yourself. Mpression will review your information and will send you PDF price sheets within two business days.


 

7. Will I recover the investment I put into your programs?

By utilizing marketing maintenance programs clients see their return on investment in three ways:
1. Save time. Hiring an experienced marketing strategist like Mpression Marketing Group saves companies time versus learning how marketing works, what tools to use, how to use them effectively and how to monitor and measure results.

8. I’d like to cancel my monthly subscription, how do I do so?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you are looking to cancel your subscription we’d be glad to help. The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to give 30-days written notice via email to michelle@mmg-ct.com. If you’ve signed up online, your can also click here to cancel electronically through PayPal.


 

9. What is the difference between a blog and a website?

A website is static, the content in essence remains the same. A blog on the other hand is typically refreshed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis with informational-based articles.  Blogs can help drive traffic to your web site and educate your customers on the value of your product or service.


 

10. How quickly can I see results?

Most people who work with Mpression Marketing Group, end up covering their investment simply by retaining customers and attracting new clients.  Working with Mpression Marketing Group will save you money upfront, by getting your marketing material set up correctly from the start. 12. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we actually prefer them. All our programs require money paid up-front. Depending on the package you choose, we typically require you to sign a credit card authorization form or will send an electronic invoice via email with a link to pay via our PayPal account. (Payment plans are also available, where applicable.)


 

13. I want to get started, where do I begin?

All marketing packages have three options with set prices so you know exactly what you are paying for with no surprises. Look over all our programs and see what options fit within your marketing budget. Once you’ve decided on what plan fits best for you, request a meet and greet.


 

14. I am not sure if I am ready to get started, how can I sample your work?

Choosing a company to partner along side you in your marketing efforts is a big decision. Our website includes testimonials from happy local clients. You are more than welcome to contact them as a reference. If you are looking for specific samples of work, such as Facebook page setups or website designs, please email us the specifics and we will gladly send you samples via email.

An analytics report is a report that tracks a variety of factors including website, social media and email statistics. These reports help you understand how effective you are in your marketing efforts.
