1. How are you different from other marketing companies?

Mpression Marketing Group’s focus is not to sell products such as a website or printing, but to offer packages that will benefit companies’ long-term success. The goal is to provide a structured approach to align your marketing needs with your business goals, which communicates your services on a year round basis. Clients who work with us receive marketing support that will strengthen their brand, attract new prospects and increase their customer retention.


2. Who are your clients?

Mpression Marketing Group works with small and independent businesses that struggle with marketing their services and keeping in touch with clients. 3. What type of client do you work best with, and what is expected from me?

Our clients understand the importance of marketing year-round to build customer loyalty, but lack the know-how or the resources to accomplish this critical goal. We ask you to do two things. First is to schedule a marketing audit at your place of business. This gives you the opportunity to teach us the business, ask questions and provide us with any marketing material you currently have in place. Upon startup we will keep in touch via email. We will be in touch regularly to ask additional questions, comments, and to review marketing material we have developed. We ask that you check email at least once a week to be sure everyone is on the same page.


4. What are your programs? What do they include?

Mpression Marketing Group is constantly re-evaluation their bundled packages and services. Our bundles include – branding, monthly maintenance packages, consulting packages, and marketing subscription packages. Each package comes with three options with corresponding price points to fit your company’s on-going marketing needs. We realize there is no one size fits all option, so these bundles are often customized to fit your specific company’s needs once we’ve completed a marketing audit of the business. 6. Will I recover the investment I put into your programs?

By utilizing marketing maintenance programs clients see their return on investment in three ways:

7. I’d like to cancel my monthly subscription, how do I do so?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you are looking to cancel your subscription we’d be glad to help. We do not lock our clients into long-term contracts, but we do have a 30-day written cancelation policy. The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to email michelle@mmg-ct.com saying you are giving your 30-day cancelation notice.


8. What is the difference between a blog and a website?

A website is static, the content in essence remains the same. A blog on the other hand is typically refreshed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis with informational-based articles, videos, etc. Blogs can help drive traffic to your web site and educate your customers on the value of your product or service.


9. How quickly can I see results?

Most people who work with Mpression Marketing Group, end up covering their investment simply by retaining customers and attracting new clients. 11. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we actually prefer them. All our programs require money paid up-front. Depending on the packages you choose, we typically require you to sign a credit card authorization form or will send an electronic invoice via email with a link to pay online. (Payment plans are also available, where applicable.)


12. I want to get started, where do I begin?

All of our marketing packages have three options with set prices so you know exactly what you are paying for with no surprises. Look over all our programs and see what options fit within your marketing budget. Once you’ve decided on what plan fits best for you, contact us to schedule a meet and greet.


13. I am not sure if I am ready to get started, how can I sample your work?

Choosing a company to partner alongside you in your marketing efforts is a big decision. If we’ve already met, we’d like to remind you that our marketing packages are offered on a month to month basis with no long term contracts and on a per request basis, we provide testimonials of happy local clients as well as samples of work.
