With virtual meetings on the rise due, we can probably all relate to chatting in a meeting and someone asks the question, “when should we meet again.”
This is often followed by ten minutes of scrolling through calendars and ongoing conversation about “this day works for me,” and “that won’t work for me, but I can do xyz.”
If using Google Hangouts, there is a built-in chat bot called @Meet which integrates with Google Calendar to auto-check everyone’s calendar to find the best day/time and responds quickly with a list of options.
